Cash on delivery on VellsMart: how it works

Cash on delivery, or COD, lets you pay the courier when your order reaches your door. It is a popular option in Zambia for buyers who prefer to inspect an item before paying.

How it works:

  • At checkout choose "Cash on Delivery" as your payment method.
  • The seller prepares your order and a nearby delivery partner is assigned.
  • The courier collects the agreed amount at delivery. Keep the exact amount ready if possible.
  • VellsMart tracks the delivery and confirms the hand-off through a one-time OTP to keep both sides protected.

COD is available for supported locations and sellers. If you have any questions, message the seller or review the store policies before you order.
